For U.S. stone yards & distributors

Your slabs, in front of the designers already looking for them.

Designers spend their week calling yards for photos of slabs that may already be sold. Rosso Stone puts your current inventory where that search starts, with your commercial pricing kept private and the first message sent by the designer.

Individually identified slab · Rosso ID

What we commit to

Four things settled before you list anything.

These are structural decisions about how the platform works, and they hold whatever the pricing turns into later.

The part that usually kills it

You don't have to type in a single slab.

The real cost of listing inventory is hours of work. So for the first partners we absorb it: send us whatever you already have, in whatever shape it's in, and we build the records.

  1. 01

    Send what already exists

A spreadsheet, an ERP export, a PDF, a folder of photos from the yard, a message with a list. However it is organized today is fine. There is no form to fill in and no format to learn.

  2. 02

    We build the records

We normalize it to one standard: a Rosso ID per physical slab, block and bundle where they exist, dimensions in both metric and imperial, finish, location, and imagery typed as scanner, natural light, close-up and edge. If something is missing, we come back and ask you about it.

  3. 03

    You keep it true

Marking a slab sold, reserved or on hold takes one tap from your phone, standing in the yard. Designers see when the record was last confirmed, so a slab confirmed three days ago beats a perfect-looking listing nobody has touched in a season.

As the platform fills up

What comes after your inventory is live.

Discovery works on day one. The rest of this depends on real usage accumulating, so we'd rather name the sequence than sell you a dashboard that has nothing in it yet.

  • Rosso Verified

Verification in tiers: inventory, dimensions, professional photography, on-site inspection. Each level is earned from traceable evidence, with a date, a method and a person behind it.

  • Aggregated demand signal

“12 designers within 50 miles saved this material in the last 30 days.” Always aggregated, never identifying an individual designer, and shown only once there are enough observations to mean something.

  • Regional demand gaps

The materials designers near you search for and save while nobody within range has one available. That includes the searches returning nothing at all, which is the demand nobody can see today.

  • Sourcing from origin

When a gap points at material you'd have to import, the same platform carries offers from approved quarries and exporters, with mixed-container planning currently in design.

Intelligence needs usage before it means anything. In month one that panel shows close to zero, and we won't pretend otherwise: you come in for the discovery, which is free and permanent, and the intelligence earns its keep later.

Founding partners

The first yards set how this works.

We are opening with a small number of partners on purpose. A smaller, trustworthy catalog is worth more to a designer than thousands of stale listings, and it is worth more to you to be in it.

  • We do your initial inventory setup, at no cost and with no upload work on your side.
  • Preferential terms locked in before any paid tier exists.
  • Direct influence on what gets built. The ingestion flow is being designed around real yard operations right now.
  • A named person on the other end, who you reach directly.

Straight answers

The questions yards actually ask.

How long does it take to get my inventory listed?
Your side of it is one message. Send the spreadsheet, export or photos you already have and we build the records from that. There is no bulk upload for you to run and no template to fill in first.
Do designers see my prices?
No. Your commercial price is stored privately and never leaves that boundary. Signed-in designers see a relative price point from $ to $$$$, calculated from ranges Rosso Stone sets, and the public catalog doesn't show even that.
Do I have to integrate my ERP?
No, and nothing waits on it. If you run SPS or a similar system, an integration is worth discussing later because it keeps inventory fresh automatically. It stays optional at every stage.
What if a slab sells the same afternoon?
Change the status in one tap from your phone. Every record carries the date it was last confirmed, which is shown to designers, so freshness is visible rather than assumed and a stale listing can't quietly waste anyone's time.
What does it cost?
Publishing inventory and being found is free, permanently. A paid tier is planned around market intelligence and sourcing tools, and founding partners get their terms locked before it arrives.
Who else can see my inventory?
The public catalog can surface a slab and the city it sits in, which is the point. Commercial pricing is never public. Aggregated statistics never identify an individual designer and never expose what you paid or charge.
